Enchiladas-Chicken and Bean | Mexican recipe

  🥄 RECIPE 🔪 INGREDIENTS ************** 60 ml of vegetable oil  30 ml olive oil 1 pcs onion 700 g chicken fillet 1 jar of red canned kidney beans ½ pcs  green bell pepper 8 pieces of Tortillas (sheets) 200 g Cheddar cheese  2 pcs red chili pepper 3 pcs tomato 2 cloves of garlic ½ tsp oregano ½ tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp sugar 2  tsp salt 30 g of cilantro Black pepper powder to taste  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry 40 g of chopped bulb onion until it is soft, add diced tomatoes, chopped red chili pepper, chopped garlic, smoked paprika, sugar, salt, and oregano. Cook 5-7 minutes more over the medium heat. 2. Place the vegetables into a blender from the frying pan, punch until it becomes homogeneous mass. 3. In the vegetable oil fry the chopped onion until it is soft, add chopped green pepper, fry a few minutes more, then add diced chicken, add salt. Cook 6-8 min until chicken is ready, and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.  4. Cover tortilla with 2 tablespoons of prepared

Lasagna Stuffed Pepper

  🥄 RECIPE 🔪 INGREDIENTS ************** Needed (4 portions): 4 pcs bell peppers 30 ml olive oil  1  pcs onion 1 clove of garlic  300 g of ground beef  2 tsp salt  1 tsp black pepper 1/5 cup.  tomato sauce 150 g of ricotta cheese 1 egg 2 tbsp parmesan cheese 2 tsp dill 8 lasagna noodles 150 g of grated mozzarella cheese Cooking:  ********* 1. Cut the top of peppers and remove the seeds.  2. Slightly fry finely chopped onion and garlic, then add the ground meat and cook until ready.  3. Add salt and pepper.  4. Then add tomato sauce.  5. Mix ricotta with egg, parmesan and dill.  6. Boil the lasagna noodles. 7. Now fill the peppers: put a tablespoon of meat sauce and cover with a lasagna noodle. Then add a spoonful of cheese cream - and again cover with a lasagna noodle. Repeat. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese the top of each pepper.  8. Put peppers in the oven - 30 min. 338˚F (170˚C) . The look and taste - is perfection.

🥄 RECIPE 🔪 INGREDIENTS ************** For brownie: ************ 70 g butter 1 cup. sugar 15 ml cc 100 g of chopped bitter chocolate ½ tsp vanilla  ½ tsp salt 1 egg 1 cup. Flour  1 tbsp.  Cocoa 20 sticks KitKat For cheesecake **************** 450 g of curd cheese 1 cup. sugar 3 eggs ¼ tsp vanilla  For decorating: *************** 100 g sugar 120 ml water 35 g cocoa 25 g chocolate (melt) Cooking: ********* 1. First, heat the butter and mix with sugar and coffee. When the mixture begins to boil, take it away from the heat and add chocolate. All mix well. Then add vanilla, salt, egg, flour and cocoa. Now take square shape for baking (20x20sm), put a paper for baking on the bottom and fill the form with dough. 2. Equalize the dough and lay out KitKat sticks - close to each other. 3. For the cheesecake mix curd cheese with sugar, eggs and vanilla. Spread the mass into the shape on the top of the chocolate. 4. Put the shape in oven - about 30 min 356˚F (180˚C) 5. Chicken breast baked with potatoes

🥄 RECIPE 🔪 INGREDIENTS ************** For chicken:  ************* 1 tbsp. olive oil 3 pcs chicken breasts 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp salt For potatoes: **************  450 gr  potatoes 1 tbsp.  olive oil 4 cloves garlic ½ tsp thyme ½ tsp oregano ½ tsp basil 15 gr parmesan cheese ½ tsp pepper 125 gr mozzarella 150 gr cherry tomatoes salt and pepper 1 tbsp. balsamico 2 tbsp. olive oil fresh basil Cooking: ********* 1) To begin with, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, put them on the baking dish. 2) Cut potatoes into big pieces and mix it with olive oil, garlic (2 cloves) , spices and cheese. Then put all in the baking dish with chicken. Put several slices of mozzarella on the top of each breast. 3) Halve cherry tomatoes, season with crushed garlic, salt and pepper, add balsamico and olive oil. Put all these in the baking dish. 4) Put the baking dish in the oven - 25 min. 400°F/200 °C. Decorate the ready dish with fresh greenery.
