Lasagna Stuffed Pepper

INGREDIENTS

Needed (4 portions):
4 pcs bell peppers
30 ml olive oil
1 pcs onion
1 clove of garlic
300 g of ground beef
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/5 cup. tomato sauce
150 g of ricotta cheese
1 egg
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
2 tsp dill
8 lasagna noodles
150 g of grated mozzarella cheese
Cooking:

1. Cut the top of peppers and remove the seeds.
2. Slightly fry finely chopped onion and garlic, then add the ground meat and cook until ready.
3. Add salt and pepper.
4. Then add tomato sauce.
5. Mix ricotta with egg, parmesan and dill.
6. Boil the lasagna noodles.
7. Now fill the peppers: put a tablespoon of meat sauce and cover with a lasagna noodle. Then add a spoonful of cheese cream - and again cover with a lasagna noodle. Repeat. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese the top of each pepper.
8. Put peppers in the oven - 30 min. 338˚F (170˚C) . The look and taste - is perfection.
