Mushrooms Stuffed with Broccoli


1.       About 10 champignons mushrooms
2.       1 medium onion
3.       1 carrot
4.       100 gr butter
5.       100gr broccoli
6.       100 gr mozzarella


Cut off  mushrooms stems
Finely chop the stems
Finely chop onions and broccoli
Melt the butter in the pan, add chopped stems, onions,  and broccoli and sauté for about 10 minutes
Add shredded carrots , mix , season with salt and black pepper to taste,  sauté for another 1-2 minutes

Preheat oven to  200°C (400°F)

To assemble sprinkle mushroom cups with salt, spoon the filling into the mushroom cavities, arrange them in the oven safe tray, sprinkle each mushroom with freshly grated mozzarella, put  in the oven and bake for 30-40 min
