Puffs with Tomato

Servings: 6-9

250g Puff pastry
2 Tomato
1 garlic tooth.
50 ml of milk
Dill and parsley  to taste
Olive oil to taste
Black pepper (ground) to taste
Salt to taste


1.Lay a sheet of puff pastry on the baking paper. Cut it in neat squares, about 4 by 4 centimeters.

2.With pastry brush cmazhte dough with milk.

3.Cut the tomatoes into slices about half a centimeter. Place a piece in the middle of a square of each test. Good pepper.

4.Send the dough in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

5.While the dough is baked, finely chop  the  dill and parsley. Then chop large clove of garlic. Mix the prepared ingredients in a bowl and season with olive oil

6.Remove the cakes from the oven, on top of the tomatoes lay mixture of dill, parsley and garlic
