Delicious fast making recipe of Trout Fish from Tasty Food


Trout - 1 kg
Potatoes - 3 pcs
Salt - 3 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
3 Bay leaf
black pepper
1/3 lemon
1/3 Orange
1/2 green pepper

Cooking process

1. Peel potatoes, wash and cut into 6 pieces. Send in a pot of boiling water
2. Cut the fish into portions, wash, salt and put it in the pan. Water should be enough so that it only covered the fish.
3. Add lemon, orange, green pepper, bay leaf and black pepper
4. Cook over low heat for 15/20 minutes
