Easy Buttered Pastries (Gatta)


Flour - 0.5 cups (100 g)
sugar - 0.5 cups (100 g)
Vanilla - 1 tsp
Butter - 80 g
1-2 eggs (yolk)


1. Puff pastry 300g
2. Preparation of the filling, in butter add sugar, vanilla and grind into crumbs with flour.
3. Roll out the dough thinly, brush with egg yolk, put the filling on the dough evenly.
4. Twist roll. Roll out a layer thickness of 1-1.5 cm. Coat the top with beaten egg and cut the dough formation for diamonds or triangles or squares (as you wish).
5. Place the workpiece on a baking sheet, the laid paper baking. Bake at 180 °C / 356˚F for 30 minutes until golden brown.
