300 g Puff pastry
100 g parmesan
1-2 eggs (yolk)
1. Puff pastry 300g
2. Grate the parmesan cheese for the filling
3. Roll out the dough thinly , cut the dough formation for triangles, put the filling on the dough evenly and coat the top with beaten egg
5. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 356˚F. Bake for 25-30 minutes until puffed and golden brown..
