Lasagna Marina (New Recipe from Tasty Food)



Ingredients For the ragu

2 tbsp olive oil
900g/2lb minced beef
2 onions, roughly chopped
5 drops of Tabasco
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp curry
1 spring fresh rosemary


Ingredients For the lasagne

6 sheets lasagne
75g/3oz  grated parmesan
8 tbsp tomato purée
1/2 green pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley
2 sliced tomato

Ragu Cooking process 

1.For the ragu, heat a large frying pan until hot and add the oil. Add an choped onion, minced beef , 5 drops of Tabasco, salt, black pepper, curry, paprika, garlic, parsley, 2 tbsp tomato puree and rosmary
2. Reduce heat to low simmer uncovered about 25 minutes or until slightly thickened.

Preparing lasagna:

1.  Arrange as follows:
Spread tomato purée (at the bottom)
Top with sheets of lasagna  (no need to cook)

2. Bake in the oven at 400°F/200°C for  45 min
3. Enjoy
