Potato Lasagna from Tasty Food


500 grams of boiled potatoes
250 g of cottage cheese
1 pinch of nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
vegetable oil
1 kg of ground beef
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
yellow pepper
Red pepper
green pepper
1 tbsp rosemary
250 ml of tomato sauce
2 tomatoes
75 g grated Parmesan cheese
200g grated mozzarella

1. Clean the potatoes and mix the pulp with curd cheese, nutmeg and salt.
2. Fry the beef in the pan and add the onion, garlic, pepper and rosemary.
3. Then add the tomato sauce and tomato slices.
4. If you can use the pan in the oven, then, as soon as the meat is ready, spread on top of a layer of parmesan, then mashed potatoes and mozzarella. Bake for 30 min. at 375°F/190 °C.
