1 cup marinara sauce
1 sliced Tomato
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
1/4 cup Gree n & Yellow Pepper
1/4 cup Black Olives
1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh parsley leaves
4 ounces shredded, part-skim mozzarella cheese (about 1 cup)
1.. Roll out the dough on a well-floured surface and place in the oven for 3 minutes 350°F
2. Top the dough with the marinara sauce, tomatoes, mushrooms, pepper, parsley and olives.
3. Bake the pizzas for 10 minutes 500° F until the cheese is melted and the edges of the pies are lightly browned.
4. Remove from oven.
