1.For the filling,grate the mozzarella on a large grater,mash with the hand, add the egg,mix until a thick cheese slurry is obtained.
2. Divide the dough into portions of approximately 200 g. each roll the portions into balls, then roll them into a small circle. Collapse the edges off the circle in rolls from two sides to the center, tear the tips and spread the rolled edges to the sides - to make a deepening like a boat.
