Pumpkin Waffles With Apple Cider Maple Syrup




RECIPE:

Combine 1 cup pumpkin puree, 2 eggs, 4 tbsp. melted butter, and 1/4 cup brown sugar in a bowl. In a separate bowl combine 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 3 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp. cinnamon, 1 tbsp. ginger, and 1 tbsp. all spice. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry. Cook waffles according to your waffle maker.

In a small sauce pan simmer equal parts apple cider and pure maple cider until thick.
